I created a contemporary women's dress line called a little black dress made primarily of women's black dresses. There was a missing link in the market that nobody was addressing and I felt I was able to focus in on this important segment. This was a huge challenge that sharpened my design skills from design conception to sourcing and production. I learned to be highly motivated, organized, how to multitask, how to motivate other people and especially how to work past perceived limits.
